It's all about building a wardrobe with versatility. You need a collection of clothes you can wear over and over again across several seasons. This means buying clothes you can style in different ways, for different occasions, at any time of the year.
Lucky for you, we have a LOT of experience in dressing for four seasons. Everyday is a clothing adventure here in Tasmania where it can go from 28 degrees °C down to 12 in the space of an hour. And with changing climates whether patterns are just getting more erratic...(but we'll leave that chat for another day)
Ok, back to creating your dream wardrobe. There are a few vital keys to creating a trans-seasonal wardrobe. Firstly, you need a good base of super comfy & versatile staple pieces that you can wear any day of the week.
Mix & Match
By mixing & matching the prints and plains you already have in your closet, you can create a fresh new look for whatever the day brings. To get the best value out of your wardrobe it's all about the layering. So in the cooler months you could be adding boots and a skivvy, whilst in the warmer months you can cut it back with a tshirt & sandals.
Wear clothes that make you feel good
It's no use wearing clothes that make you look good, unless you feel equally good about wearing them. This means knowing where and how they've been made. If there's one thing we know about wearing Seagrass Design clothes, you WILL be getting lots of compliments and questions about your outfit. So we want you looking & feeling your best, & feeling proud knowing the clothes you're wearing have been ethically & sustainably made in Australia.
"There is no beauty in the finest cloth if it makes hunger and unhappiness." - Mahatma Gandhi
