At Seagrass Design we take great care to ensure quality & fit so we're very confident that you're going to love your purchase! All garments are designed & made with love right here in Tasmania. We do however understand that every body shape is different, we are therefore happy to exchange, give credit note or refund full priced goods providing they're returned to Seagrass Design within 14 days from receiving your item in the post. Returned garments must be in original condition ie: (unused, undamaged, unworn & with original tags attached)
If you intend to exchange or return please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item & we will provide you with a return shipping address.
Return shipping costs to be covered by the customer. Unfortunately we can take no responsibility for packages lost in the mail, so please take care & retain a copy of the postage tracking number. Refunds will be issued for cost of goods once items are received back at Seagrass Design store. (costs for shipping order will be deducted from total refund amount)
